What materials do you use to make your Charms?

All our hair jewelry is made of stainless steel . It is a water and wear resistant material that does not tarnish or rust.

Can I shower or bathe with my jewelry?

Yes! Thanks to stainless steel, our jewelry is water and humidity resistant. However, to preserve its shine for as long as possible, avoid repeated contact with chlorine or salt water.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! Stainless steel is known for being very well tolerated, even by sensitive skin. If you tend to be allergic to traditional jewelry, our accessories will be perfect for you.

How do I care for my hair jewelry?

Stainless steel is a durable material, but to keep your jewelry looking as good as new:
- Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes and chemicals.
- Wipe them from time to time with a soft cloth.
- Store them in a dry place when you are not wearing them.

Is your jewelry suitable for all hair types?

Yes! Our accessories are designed to fit all hair types : fine, thick, straight, curly... If you're unsure about a model, write to us and we'll help you choose!

Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times are 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is €3.95 and is free for purchases over €60.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout France and internationally. If you're unsure about your destination, please contact us!

My order

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package in real time until it is delivered!

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.charmsparis@gmail.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do the necessary.

Returns and exchanges

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Oops! 😞 If a product arrives damaged, contact us and attach a photo of the problem to contact.charmsparis@gmail.com. We'll do our best to find a quick solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes! If an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to return it. It must be in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, and in its packaging). Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To request a return, contact us at contact.charmsparis@gmail.com .

How to make a return?

If you wish to return an item, please email us at contact.charmsparis@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
